Coverage
Unless the product page states otherwise, eligible products include 12 months of manufacturing-defect coverage from delivery to the original buyer.
Exclusions
Normal wear, consumables, misuse, overload, incorrect installation, incompatibility, modification, corrosion, neglect and accidents are not manufacturing defects.
How to make a claim
Contact support with the order number, SKU, a clear problem description, photos and video. After review, the remedy may be repair, replacement, store credit or refund.
